The business specialises in comprehensive automotive service and repairs, selling and reselling of a wide range of products including spare parts. The following interventions were implemented to address the challenges faced by the business:
• Development and installation of signage material (Chromadec signage boards) clearly showing the business logo, contact details and social media pages where customers can find the business profile with services offered
• Promotional material such as a Gazebo, business cards and flyers were professionally developed to assist the business when participating in any kind of business promotions in and around Kokstad

The following outcome was achieved by the business because of Sedfa’s intervention
• Revenue increased by R 1 518 119,00 from R1 314 903 ,00 to R2 833 022,00 reflecting a 115,45% increase
• The number of employees increased from 4 employees to 8 employees, reflecting an increase of 4 new jobs created
• The profit decreased by R15 581,00 from R235 846 ,00 to R220 265 ,00 reflecting a 6,61% decrease
