Following a consultation at Sedfa, a Business Model Canvas (BMC) assessment was conducted where the above challenges were identified. Based on the assessment, the following support was recommended:

Outcome Details:
As a result of its enhanced digital Productivity Efficiency, Mondli Tyres has now streamlined workflow from vehicle entry to exit, reduced time spent moving between service stations which improved the turnaround time per vehicle and ultimately the turnover.

Mondli Tyres received R90 000 funding worth of equipment (Compressor and Tyre fit and balancing machine). The Acquisition of this modern equipment enabled the company to service more vehicles per day and reduced customer waiting time.
