Business Dynamics and Challenges
Business Activities:
Troihosa is a retail business specializing in the preparation and supply of high-quality chips, Russians, sphatlho, snacks and different beverages. The business idea was born from the co-tenant’s business offering which created feet and the need for on-the-go food and snacks at the customer’s convenience. Ms Troider responded to customer request for quick meals making use of good quality vegetables (potatoes, lettuce, tomatoes, gherkins, etc.). These are used to make burghers, sphatlhos and sandwiches freshly prepared as per order.
Challenges/Needs:
Limited healthy/ vegan menu
Poor marketing activities and online visibility for the business.
Lack of certificate of acceptability/ food preparation compliance
Poor financial record keeping
Limited capacity
