Key actions included refining the business's strategic direction, improving internal planning and governance routines, and developing the foundational building blocks for monetization (advertising offering, pricing logic and marketing approach)

The program also reinforcing management accountability and execution discipline, supporting the organization to transition from readiness planning into active broadcasting, while preparing for structured revenue generation.
