• Branding and signage support through a formal project completed in September 2025
• Training support through Food Safety (HACCP) online training
• Guidance on compliance leading to obtaining Certificate of Acceptability from Lejweleputswa District Municipality
• Ongoing support to improve operations, administration and staff capability

Outcome Details:
The support received resulted in visible improvements in both financial performance and business operations.
• Turnover increased by 13.72% (from R42,830.70 to R48,710.00) and net profit increased by 41.3% (from R2,923.39 to R4,231.00), showing improved business performance after branding support.
• Brand visibility improved through signage and branding, leading to increased customer traffic.
• The business attracted more clients and accessed new market opportunities.
• Staff skills and operational efficiency improved after attending Food Safety (HACCP) training.
• One new job was created, and four existing jobs were sustained.
• The business successfully obtained its Certificate of Acceptability, strengthening its compliance status and improving customer trust.
