The assessment further highlighted the absence of a formal marketing strategy and an actionable marketing plan, which limited the business’s ability to effectively position its services, increase visibility, and attract new customers in a competitive market. As a result, there was a clear need for a strategic approach to marketing that would support long-term growth and client acquisition.

In response to the findings, Sedfa developed a comprehensive marketing strategy and implementation plan tailored to the specific needs and capacity of the business. The strategy was designed to strengthen brand presence, improve market reach, and enable the business to consistently attract new customers. The marketing plan provided practical, step-by-step guidance that the client could implement to enhance awareness of its services and support sustainable business growth.

The support provided resulted in several measurable improvements in the business’s performance and overall sustainability, including the following outcomes:
1. Improvement in Turnover: The business recorded an increase in revenue, with turnover rising from R 481 119.00 to R 611 020.00, representing a 21.26% growth rate.
2. Job Creation: The intervention contributed directly to employment growth within the business. Three new jobs were created, and three existing positions were sustained, bringing the total workforce to six employees.
