The client approached the Seda City of Cape Town Branch for assistance and was introduced to a Business Advisor, who conducted an Export Readiness Assessment Tool (ERAT) diagnostic assessment to facilitate the process of market access for the client. ERAT is a tool that determines export readiness of the business.
The following intervention was implemented:
Facilitated attendance of Decorex Cape Town 2025 that took place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from the 5th to the 8th June 2025.

· Turnover increased from R 167 292 to R 261 234, an increase of 56.15%, and
· ·Employees increased by 1 from 2 to 3 staff members.
