Business Dynamics and Challenges

Business Activities: Artisan college
Challenges/Needs: In 2022, Vuwa College faced key challenges during its engagement at SEDA offices, including a lack of professional signage that weakened visibility and credibility, limited promotional materials such as brochures and business cards that reduced brand recognition, and minimal exposure at exhibitions, which restricted opportunities to network, showcase expertise, and attract new clients. Following a comprehensive assessment, the Business Advisor identified that Vuwa College’s presence was not adequately communicated to its target audience due to limited signage, inconsistent branding, and insufficient promotional materials. This lack of visibility made it difficult for stakeholders, potential clients, and partners to immediately recognize or differentiate the business from competitors. The absence of strong visual identifiers such as branded banners, brochures, and exhibition displays meant that the company’s services and accreditations were not showcased effectively in public platforms. As a result, opportunities to build awareness, reinforce credibility, and attract new business were constrained. In addition, limited participation and exposure at exhibitions and industry events further reduced the company’s ability to engage with wider audiences and demonstrate its expertise in SHEQ compliance and accredited training.
