Mr Sibiya attended a Sedfa briefing session, he was interested in Sedfa services and was able to meet with a Business Advisor who then conducted and assessment as well as a site visit and recommendations on how the business can improve.
He attended a Basic Business Skills training which equipped him with added entrepreneurial skills and assist in the elevation of his business processes.

Mr Sibiya, gained valuable knowledge on concepts such as how to manage business finances, how to market the business, basics of selling as well as dynamics of small business management. He exclaimed that he was confident that he would run his business more effectively and efficiently moving forward.
Following the improvement assessment, Mathulusi Livestock and Farming recorded a 62% increase in turnover, which shows that there is a link between improvement of business processes and increase in sales.
