Under this intervention, the client was assisted with the implementation of the Kaizen Model of continuous improvement within their production floor
Outcome Details: Sedfa interventions yielded positive results. The client has successful implemented the Kaizen model of continuous improvement and the business has now more efficient and more productive systems. The client secured new markets as an approved repair centre with FORD, JAC, Suzuki and GMC. In the process business monthly revenue increased from R1,072,182 to R1,200,843 per month, and sustained 27 jobs in the process
