The client approached Sedfa Mangaung Branch for assistance. The business was assessed, and action plan was developed. The client attended the QMS Training for capacitation and was also assisted to develop a concept plan document for access to funding opportunity
Outcome Details:
The interventions yielded positive results. The client was selected to be part of the EBL/MTN 2025 Women in ICT Digital skills programme. The competition consisted of pitching from women in ICT across the country of which the 10 finalists would walk away with R100,000 each to support their business. The client won a R100,000 prize. New markets opened for the business’ and monthly turnover increased from R6,500 to R10,500 per month
