An assessment was conducted on the business to assess the business needs and identify gaps in the business. Training and access to market interventions were recommended for the client. The client was also recommended to participate at the ZF Mgcawu Pop-Up market to promote the products and services and create brand awareness.
The business exhibited their services at the ZF Mgcawu Pop-Up market held in Postmansburg from 30 – 31 July 2024. The business also received a Momo Point of Sale (POS) device from MTN because of their participation at the Pop-Up market.

Outcome Details:
The implementation of the interventions provided the business with the necessary market exposure, increased visibility, networking opportunities. The business has subsequently renovated their facilities and bought pedicure, manicure and spa equipment to meet the growing demand. The turnover of the business increased from R55 000.00 (2023/24) financial year) to R300 000.00 in 2024/25. Furthermore, the business created one (1) new job thus bringing the total number of employees to two (2) as compared to 2023/24 Financial year.
