The business has knowledge of marketing methods and strategies but is not sufficiently armed to manage these marketing needs. Limited marketing and promotion are done, and the business is aware of customer needs and requirements. Client service is important but not adequately focused on. The business faces loss of sales and client base if proper customer relations and marketing strategies are not implemented.

Through increased promotional activities the company managed to improve their turnover and were able to hire additional 3 employees.
