Business Dynamics and Challenges

Business Activities: Clothing and textile manufacturing
Challenges/Needs: The business faced several challenges in its early operations. These included limited business management skills such as financial management, administration, business planning, and marketing. The client also struggled with poor clientele attraction and limited knowledge of the market they were operating in. The absence of proper marketing further restricted visibility, and the business experienced difficulties accessing funding and lacked adequate operational equipment to be operational. The business is still struggling with:  Lack of a fully equipped and proper design/production studio.  Limited access to formal markets such as guesthouses, corporate offices, and interior design firms.  Difficulty entering regulated markets like hospitals and correctional service facilities.  Insufficient industrial machinery for larger or bulk orders.  Unstable or costly supply chain for fabrics and décor materials.  Limited time and capacity, with most operations managed by one person.  Inconsistent social and digital marketing presence.
