SEDFA intervened through two key programmes:
1. Financial Clean-Up Programme
o The business received technical and administrative support to prepare
Annual Financial Statements and obtain a Tax Clearance Certificate,
improving its financial compliance and credibility.
2. Asset Assist Programme
o ND Walter Products and Services was approved for funding of bakery
equipment valued at approximately R201 020.34
o However, since Solar De Aar subsequently sponsored the same set of
equipment, the business formally requested that SEDFA amend the
approved asset support toward the purchase of a Nissan Magnite
vehicle.

goods, improve order fulfilment, and expand distribution in De Aar and nearby
areas.
